Job Description

Inova Staffing is looking for candidates for a Ceramic Finisher for a client of ours in the Willoughby, OH location. 
  • 1st Shift: 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday-Friday
  • Starts at $17.00 an hour

This client has significant experience in the manufacturing of complex geometry cores used in the casting of high-performance gas turbine engine components for both aerospace and industrial applications.

Job Description: 
  • Finishing and repairing ceramic hardware products and airfoils 
  • Using handheld and freestanding equipment and tools 
  • Ability to handle fragile parts
  • Use  precision handheld air grinders and measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Job Requirements  
  • At least 1 solid year of prior finishing experience required
  • U.S. Citizenship Required  
  • Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent  
  • Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and pre-employment background check
