Job Description

Inova staffing is searching for Injection Mold Operators for a wonderful client of our in Middlefield, OH to start ASAP!
  • 2nd shift: 3:00pm to 11:00pm Monday-Friday
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00pm to 7:00am Sunday-Thursday
  • Starting rate of $15.10 an hour with weekly pay
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity with increases available once hired in
 Job Functions:
  • Operate molding machines and secondary machinery when assigned
  • Accurately complete all production paperwork and labor reporting
  • Visually inspect parts and final flashing
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Comply with all policies and procedures in the Quality, Safety and Employee Handbook
 Physical Requirements:
  • Able to read and write work instruction
  • Able to stand, bend and twist for 8-10 hours
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs during entirety of shift
  • Must be able to use hand tools and lift materials from carton to work area
