Job Description

Inova Staffing is looking to hire a maintenance technician for a direct hire 1st shift opening in Cleveland, OH.
1st shift hours: 6:30am-3:30pm, occasional OT
This position requires the mechanical troubleshooting of packaging machines. Troubleshooting will be done on older, manual packaging machines as well as one high-tech fully automated capper/filler machine.
Preferred skills:
Understanding of basic PLC & VFD troubleshooting
Mechanical aptitude: be able to problem-solve on the go, figure out problems as they occur
Industrial machine maintenance
General & basic building maintenance experience
