Position: Packaging Associate

Shift: 1st
Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 to start; 90-day review and pay increase
 Inova Staffing is looking for a packager for one of our clients in Painesville, OH. Our client is a leading worldwide supplier of gaskets and engine sealing solutions for the Automotive Performance, Powersports, Original Equipment and remanufactured Engine Industries. With our continuing growth and fast paced environment we are looking for manufacturing employees to join our team. We are passionate about what we do and work hard to meet the highest standards of quality. 
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Control incoming parts from QC
  • Deliver parts to each packer's incoming shelf
  • Return extra parts to correct shelf
  • Make bins for new parts as they arrive

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of manufacturing / packaging experience
  • Ability to work in a warm manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate with a focus on safety
  • Apply basic use of mathematics and computer skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
