Inova Staffing is seeking MULTIPLE candidates for 2nd and 3rd shift production openings for a specialty manufacturing company located in Medina.

This position requires the ability to work both independently and with a team. Ideal candidates must possess strong communication skills and dependability.

Schedule Details:

Associates are scheduled 2:30pm-11:30pm Mon-Thurs, and 1:00pm-7:30pm on Fridays!

Requirements:
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time in designated area (anti-fatigue standing matts are provided)
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to read and execute instructions with varying details
  • Possess a high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency, follow-through and diligence, including meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrate adaptability to learn new skills and follow company procedures
