Job Description

Inova Staffing is looking to place a Senior Estimator in a direct hire position for one our clients in Piedmont, SC. This is a salaried position.Duties:
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine budgetary requirements
- Conduct thorough analysis of project scope, materials, labor, and equipment costs
- Provide competitive job estimates for Project Managers
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing
- Handle price revisions and changes throughout projects
- Offer competitive job estimates for Project Managers
- Provide guidance and support to junior estimators as neededQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction/industrial industry (10 years preferred)
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
