On-Site Project Manager, Columbia SC
As an on-site Project Manager you will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Work closely with your team to ensure they have the necessary materials, tools, and equipment to complete their tasks.
• Manage project risk, identifying potential issues and problem-solving.
• Ensure that projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Communicate with general contractors, provide progress updates, and ensure their needs and expectations are met.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Strong leadership
• Strong organizational skills
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
