QUICK HIRE – ORDERFILLER BREAKPACK ASSOCIATES – BrooksvilleIntegrity Staffing Services is currently seeking Orderfiller Breakpack Associates for our client located in the Brooksville, Fl. area. Our Client has several different shift openings for Orderfillers with strong Freight, Scanning and Order Pulling background. Candidates should have strong warehouse experience. This is labor intensive position with heavy lifting in a hot work environment.  Job Requirements 
  • Determine if emptied boxes are re-usable based on size or damage, stock boxes into module.
  • Fill store orders through pulling merchandise using the pick-to-light, put-to-light, RF gun, or voice pick system, verifying display for pack and quantity.
  • placing labels in appropriate area on freight; and placing freight into designated containers.
  • Ensure freight quality through inspecting freight for damage or misplacement (e.g., "strays"), and clearing jams in the conveyor system.
  • Loads, unloads, orderfills, packs, and/or processes freight in an
  • accurate and timely manner. 
  • Inform supervisors about damaged products.
  • Uses freight handling equipment in a safe and correct manner. 
  • Maintains a clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
 Job Requirements For All Positions
  • MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A HOT ENVIRONMENT
  • Position is LABOR INTENSIVE – HEAVY LIFTING REQUIRED.
  • Moves, lifts, carries, and places merchandise and supplies weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance.
  • Moves up and down stairs.
  • Grasps, turns, and manipulates objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
  • Reads information, often in small print.
  • Visually locates merchandise and other objects.
  • Reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Stand for extended periods of time.
  • Minimum of one year warehouse experience is required.
  • Candidates must have reliable transportation.
  • Candidates must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
 Pay & Benefits
  • Shifts Available:
  • Tuesday-Friday – 5:00am-3:30pm
  • Tuesday-Friday – 4:30pm-3:00am
  • Saturday-Monday – 5:00pm-5:30pm
  • Overtime Available
  • Position is Temp to Hire
  • $18.00/Hour
  • Weekly Pay
