Job Description


Inova Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client in Cleveland, Ohio. The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for processing and managing all accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Job Details:
  • Pay: $20-25 depending on experience
  • Part time: 9am-2pm Monday-Friday
  • Paid weekly!
  • Temp to hire

Job Duties:
  • Invoicing customers
  • Processing payments
  • Preparing deposits
  • Processing purchase orders
  • Handling weekly payroll hours for internal and temporaries

Job Requirements:
  • Comfortable using QuickBooks
  • ADB systems
  • Prior experience is REQUIRED
  • Able to multitask.
