ASSEMBLERS (MANUFACTURING/INDUSTRIAL) – Spring Hill/Brooksville AreaJob Summary:Are you ready to build a brighter future with a leading manufacturing company? We are hiring Assemblers (manufacturing/industrial background) for a well-established and reputable company known for delivering top-quality products to customers. If you're reliable, hardworking, and eager to join a dynamic team, we want you!Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assemble components using hand and power tools.
  • Follow assembly instructions, print specifications, and bill of materials.
  • Position parts and subassemblies with precision.
  • Use lifts, roller lines, or jacks for assembly work.
  • Verify specifications and test products for quality.
  • Resolve assembly issues and maintain inventory integrity.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of mechanical assembly experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and assembly process knowledge.
  • Electrical assembly experience is a plus.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 35 lbs for the entire shift.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Self-motivation and excellent time management skills.
Benefits:
  • 6am-4:30pm Mon-Thur, overtime as needed on Fri
  • $14.50/HR
