Job Description
Inova Staffing is searching for a Maintenance Tech for our client in Barberton, OH.
This is a full-time, day shift position.
Hours: 7am-3pm M-F plus OT if needed
Pay: $15/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
Assist with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment is operating efficiently.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support manufacturing operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus.
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, which may include exposure to noise, debris and varying temperatures.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
