3rd SHIFT PROCESS TECH (10:30 P.M.-7:00 A.M.)
Location: At our industrial manufacturing facility located in Painesville
Inova staffing are looking for great candidates for our leading manufacturer, located in Painesville. They are known for high standard manufacturing and a distributor of high-quality industrial materials, components, and construction products. Shift starting from (10:30 p.m. -7:00 a.m.) Pay from ($18 hr.-$27 hr. ) Based on experience.
Job Summary:
As a 3rd Shift Process Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing our industrial production processes during the overnight shift. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will ensure the efficient and reliable operation of our state-of-the-art equipment, contributing to the seamless manufacturing of our industry-leading products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot industrial machinery and equipment during the 3rd shift (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Perform scheduled maintenance and calibration tasks on production line components
- Interpret and analyze blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to identify and resolve issues
- Utilize precision measurement tools, such as calipers, to ensure product quality and process control
- Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all maintenance and repair activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Process Technician or Maintenance Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams
- Demonstrated skills in the use of precision measurement tools, such as calipers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during the overnight shift
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
