We're currently looking for several 1st shift and 3rd shift Rubber Production Operators to work at a client in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

The pay: $16.50 - 17.10

Shift: 6am-4pm M-TH (1st shift), 8pm-6am Sun - Wed (3rd shift)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Rubber Production Operator to join our team. As a Rubber Production Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient production of quality rubber products while adhering to safety and quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to our company's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Operate rubber processing machinery, including mixers, extruders, and molding equipment, following standard operating procedures to produce rubber products.

Material Handling: Handle and transport raw materials, such as rubber compounds and additives, to the production area while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Quality Control: Monitor the production process to ensure the quality and consistency of rubber products, conducting visual inspections and quality checks.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe work environment.

Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on production equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions to supervisors.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production logs, quality reports, and equipment maintenance records.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, including supervisors, engineers, and quality control personnel, to achieve production goals and resolve any production-related issues.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of solutions to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in rubber production or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as required.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
Adherence to safety regulations and guidelines.
