Job Description

Inova Staffing is looking to hire an inspector/CMM programmer for one of our clients in Solon, Ohio. This is a direct hire position. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and either approve or reject machined products with tight tolerances, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Program & operate (Zeiss, Calypso) CMM
  • Select product samples and inspect them using appropriate methods, such as measuring dimensions and comparing to specifications.
  • Review blueprints and technical instructions to understand the quality requirements for each product.
  • Inspect parts using tools such as CMMs, micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections and relevant data.
  • Prepare and submit inspection reports through the system.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • US Citizenship required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting quality control inspections on machined parts
  • Familiarity with AS9100 Aerospace Standards

1st shift hours: 6am-4:30pm
