Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:45 PM – 12:45 AM
Pay: Based on Experience

Job Description:
Inova Staffing has a client in Willoughby seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with milling experience to join their 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC milling machines, reading blueprints, and ensuring precision in machining operations. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC milling machines.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
  • Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and maintain tight tolerances.
  • Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and ensure quality output.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a CNC Machinist with milling required.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
