Job Description

Inova Staffing is looking to hire CNC set up/operators for one of our clients in Solon, Ohio.
This is a direct hire position. This client specializes in extremely precise machining and every day will look completely different. If you are looking for a place to learn more about machining on a daily basis, this could be a great fit for you. 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines, including mills, lathes, OR grinders.
  • Perform first piece runs to verify that machines are producing parts in accordance with specifications.
  • Maintain tight tolerances and perform quality checks on work.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to carry out tasks.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators.
  • Monitor machine performance during operations and make adjustments to ensure optimal results.
  • Inspect and measure finished components to ensure they meet required specifications.
  • Perform daily maintenance and checks on machinery to guarantee proper functionality.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • US Citizenship required
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience operating CNC equipment (lathes or mills or grinders)
  • At least 2 years of experience setting up CNC machines (lathes or mills or grinders)

1st shift hours: 6am-4:30pm
2nd shift hours: 4:30pm-3am
50 hour work week is standard, with opportunity for double time on Saturdays
