Job Description

CNC Mill Setup/Operator – 1st Shift Direct HireWe’re looking for an experienced CNC Mill Setup/Operator to join a tight-knit, family-oriented job shop producing custom parts to precise specifications. This is a direct hire position offering steady work, a collaborative environment, and great benefits.What You’ll Do
  • Set up and operate 3–4 axis mills (Brothers, Hyundai, Haas VF-3, Daewoo) with Haas/Fanuc controls
  • Work to tight tolerances in a custom, low-volume job shop setting
  • Perform frequent setups for a variety of custom-made parts
  • Make offsets and simple program edits as needed
  • Preferred but not required: Gibbscam or BobCAD programming knowledge
Schedule & Pay
  • 1st shift, Monday–Thursday
  • Optional overtime available on Fridays
