Job Description

CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER – Spring HillWe are seeking an initiative-taking Client Service Manager (CSM) for our client’s team. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. You will be managing, delegating, and directing the workload of CSA and other team members, as necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong familiarity with tax terminology. If this fits you, let’s talk! Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Applies knowledge of company products and services to process customer information and respond to inquiries and complaints in a professional and diplomatic manner efficiently and adequately.
  • Builds and maintains quality relationships with assigned clients.
  • In conjunction with CSA, responsible for Binder and file management. 
  • Have exceptional time management and client service skills in a very demanding fast-paced work environment.
  • Responsible for checking Laser App for updates every morning.
  • Responsible for managing and ensuring that CSA staff are adequately trained and equipped to manage the day-to-day function of their job, and/or serve as Back Up when CSA is not present. 
  • Responsible for calling companies to process client service requests and for calling clients to inform them of initial receipt of request and final disposition of same request utilizing FTA Client Service Spreadsheet for appropriate REP to track and monitor said requests. 
  • Responsible for tracking calls and documenting specific details regarding the client conversation in Client Relationship Management software known as Redtail.
  • Responsible for tracking all IRA MRD for all clients and utilizing FTA IRA MRD Client List for appropriate REP to monitor.
  • Receives all change of Broker/Dealer Request and all change agents of record request for existing clients and performs duties as outlines in the support operations procedures manual.
  • Responsible for Logging into Binders any necessary Trades from FTA Equity Order Ticket.
  • Responsible for pulling files to separate in REP.
  • Responsible for verifying the accuracy of client files to ensure important documents are not missed in each file as required.
  • Responsible for preparing client files for quarterly account review meetings.
  • Responsible for reviewing and updating client holding account spreadsheet two days prior to meeting with client. 
  • Responsible for reviewing Policies and Procedures manual for details on what to identify and update. 
  • Responsible for CSM portion of Branch record keeping.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
 Qualifications:
  • Able to type 55+ wpm.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Advanced computer skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and people skills.
  • Strong written and oral and telephonic communication skills.
  • Client oriented with a strong commitment to client services, client relations, client satisfaction, and total client experience. 
  • Maintain accurate records and maintain confidentiality principles. 
  • Ability to multi-task.
