Job Description

Inova Staffing is looking to hire EDM set up/operators for one of our clients in Solon, Ohio. This is a direct hire position. 
This client specializes in extremely precise machining and every day will look completely different. If you are looking for a place to learn more about machining on a daily basis, this could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and adjust Wire and/or Sinker EDM machines.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents to perform tasks.
  • Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators to ensure accuracy in work.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • US Citizenship required
  • At least 2 years of experience working with EDM machines (both Wire and Sinker preferred)

1st shift hours: 6am-4:30pm
50 hour work week is standard, with opportunity for double time on Saturdays
