Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Pay: $18+/hr
Job Type: Full-TimeInova Staffing is hiring an Electropolish / Passivate / Wash Operator for a precision machining company in Painesville, OH. This position is responsible for operating finishing equipment and ensuring parts are processed correctly and meet quality standards.Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed processing instructions for each job
- Load and unload parts onto fixtures
- Operate electropolish, passivation, and wash equipment
- Adjust machine settings including volts, amps, temperature, and processing time
- Inspect finished parts using gauges, microscopes, and other inspection equipment
- Monitor equipment, gauges, controls, and timers
- Maintain chemical levels and finishing systems
- Clean tanks, contacts, and equipment as needed
- Follow all required chemical and workplace safety procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and English skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions
- Manufacturing, machining, or metal finishing experience is preferred but not required
- Must be comfortable working around chemicals and following safety procedures
