Job Description

Inova Staffing is looking for an experienced Finisher to join one of our clients in Willoughby, OH. They are a fast-paced, growth-oriented, global supplier of casted nylon and other engineering plastics, with locations in the United States and Mexico.
2nd Shift: 2:50PM-12:50AM4- 10 hour shifts, Monday-Thursday$18 and up, based on experience
Job Description: FinisherPosition Overview:
A Finisher is responsible for completing and perfecting products by performing various finishing tasks, such as sanding, polishing, painting, or assembly. The Finisher ensures the final product meets quality standards and is prepared for delivery or use. This role requires attention to detail, precision, and adherence to safety and production guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Product Finishing:
    • Sand, polish, buff, or clean surfaces to achieve the desired texture or appearance.
    • Apply coatings, paint, sealants, or other materials as required.
    • Perform deburring, trimming, or smoothing to remove imperfections and ensure quality.
  2. Quality Control:
    • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company or client specifications.
    • Identify and correct defects or inconsistencies.
    • Document any issues or deviations from quality standards.
  3. Equipment Operation and Maintenance:
    • Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to complete finishing tasks.
    • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
    • Follow safety protocols when handling tools, materials, and chemicals
