Job Description

Assembler 1. Assembly & Electrical
  • Assemble caddy’s and build various types of motors
  • Perform light electrical work, including installing lights, switches, and sensors
  • Conduct basic quality testing to ensure all components function properly
  • Inspect, clean, and grease newly assembled caddies
  • Install accessories such as hoses, harnesses, and similar attachments
2. General Warehouse
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Operate tow motor (forklift) safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and operating the floor scrubber as needed
3. Shipping & Receiving
  • Pick part orders accurately
  • Box and prepare part orders for shipment
  • Prepare LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments for delivery
What We’re Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience; Higher certification or degree from a technical school is a plus
  • 1 –3 years of proven experience assembling welded metal structures with light electrical components
  • Technical knowledge and ability to read basic technical specifications
  • Basic ability in using Power and hand tools, plus machines, where needed
  • Good understanding of quality control principles
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
