Job Title: Warehouse Breakdown AssociateJob Type: Temporary (Temp to Hire)Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pmCompensation: $16 per hour (Weekly Pay)Benefits: Health Insurance, Vacation and Holiday Pay, Referral BonusesJob Summary: Inova is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Breakdown Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to take apart types of electronics in a warehouse setting. Responsibilities:- Lift and move items weighing up to 40 pounds safely and efficiently.
- May need to operate a pallet jack to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Handle/Dismantle different types of electronics
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Job Requirements:Ability to read small print on computer components to ensure accurate sorting.Previous experience in disassembly highly desirable.Strong warehouse experience, including knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.Excellent self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Attention to detail Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/move in a single area for the entire shift.Must have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.Ability to work in a hot or cold environment, as required by the warehouse conditions.Please submit your resume and complete our online application process.
