SummaryThis position includes working with various electronics by running diagnostics, repair or updates hardware, troubleshooting different varieties of hardware and inventory of stock and parts of products.
Job Duties· Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with hardware.· Repair or update hardware.· Take stock and inventory of hardware and parts.· Troubleshoot different varieties of hardware (cell phones, smart devices, consoles, PC, macs, tablets, etc.).· Sorting of cables.· Quality assurance.· Assist team members in other areas as needed.· Follow all safety procedural guidelines.· From time to time, for the purposes of allowing employees to advance as well as meet day to day labor needs, we may ask employees to work in other departments/positions outside of their regular job classification.· Comfortable working in a warehouse setting.
Qualifications· Attention to detail and solution-oriented thinking are necessary skillsets.· A basic understanding of computer components (RAM, hard drives, etc.).· A desire to solve problems in a time efficient manner.· Seek individuals who have hands-on troubleshooting skills and who are technically inclined. Personal or professional experience troubleshooting and/or repairing computers is preferred.· Lift up to 35lbs.· Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
