Hub Fabrication Machine Operator
Join a Leading Manufacturer in Mentor, OH!
Inova Staffing Services is partnering with a well-respected company that specializes in creating high-quality brush and maintenance products for the floor care, foodservice, and janitorial industries. We’re currently seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join their team as a Hub Fabrication Machine Operator.
What You’ll Do:
As a Hub Fabrication Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in the production process by:
Loading and positioning materials according to detailed work instructions.
Operating machinery through multi-step processes, including:
Inserting brush mandrills and bristles.
Shaping and finishing brushes to exact specifications.
Affixing components securely in place.
Ensuring precision and quality throughout production.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Experience using calipers and reading blueprints.
Familiarity with routers is a plus, but training is available if needed.
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential.
Pay Rate:
$18.25/hour.
Training on 1st shift pays $17/hour.
Work Hours:
Regular Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.
Training Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.
