Job Description

Inova Staffing is hiring an Entry-Level ERP Specialist/ IT Technician on behalf of one of our precision manufacturing clients located in Solon, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid technical foundation who’s excited to grow within a close-knit team, take on a wide variety of responsibilities, and help shape the future of internal IT and cybersecurity systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Support ERP system management (Epicor) and help ensure smooth operation across departments
  • Develop and Manage Custom ERP Reporting and Functionality
  • Assist with implementation of Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program 
  • Assist the IT Manager with daily support tasks and long-term projects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and server-related problems
  • Escalate unresolved issues to a third-party Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Install and maintain software across systems
  • Monitor firewalls and participate in baseline cybersecurity practices
  • Contribute ideas and energy toward developing an in-house cybersecurity program
  • Help gradually transition external IT services back in-house
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor, Acumatica, JobBOSS or similar) preferred
  • Familiarity with general IT troubleshooting (Tier 1 support level)
  • Understanding of server/client environments
  • Interest in cybersecurity and willingness to grow in that area
  • CompTIA+ or similar certification is a plus
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
