Job Title: Assistant Warehouse Manager
Location: Bedford, OH
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)

Our Client started as a small Cleveland-based nail salon and has grown into an internationally recognized manufacturer of award-winning beauty products. With a commitment to innovation and clean ingredients, their brands—including Zoya, Qtica, Smart Spa, and Naked Manicure—have set the standard in the professional beauty world.
They’re now seeking a reliable, hands-on Assistant Warehouse Manager to support their busy, fast-paced warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tow motor (on-site certification provided)
  • Support inventory management and organization
  • Supervise label printing and help maintain accuracy
  • Unload trucks (light to moderate lifting required)
  • Organize products for the kitting process in assembly
  • Work comfortably around solvents (e.g., nail polish, scented scrubs and lotions)
  • Maintain a clean and well-ordered work environment
What You’ll Bring:
  • Prior warehouse or inventory experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Team-player mentality with a proactive work ethic
  • Ability to work with a diverse team (a large portion of the workforce is Ukrainian)
  • Comfortable working in a setting with fragranced products
  • Forklift experience a plus (training provided)
