Packer & Material Handler Openings – Cleveland, OH
We’ re hiring for a growing manufacturing facility in Cleveland that supplies essential components used across industries like automotive, agriculture, and recreational equipment. If you’ re someone who likes to stay busy, works well with a team, and takes pride in doing things the right way — this could be a great fit.
PackerShift: 7: 00 AM – 3: 30 PM
Pay: $17/hr
What You’ ll Do:
  • Package finished product to meet customer orders
  • Label and prepare cartons for shipment
  • Build boxes and organize packaging materials
  • Use a computer system to track production and print labels
  • Keep your work area clean and organized
  • Help load/unload trucks and wrap pallets as needed
What We’ re Looking For:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Team-oriented with good communication
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Reliable and detail-focused

Material HandlerShift: 6: 00 AM – 2: 30 PM
Pay: $21/hr
What You’ ll Do:
  • Operate a forklift to move materials safely throughout the facility
  • Load/unload trucks and stage incoming steel shipments
  • Supply machines with materials and remove finished product
  • Track inventory and assist with cycle counts
  • Support machine operators and production flow
  • Move bins, scrap, and materials between departments
What We’ re Looking For:
  • Previous forklift experience (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay on task
  • Valid driver’ s license
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is a plus
