Location: Concord, OH
Schedule: Monday– Friday, 7: 00 AM – 3: 30 PM

This role is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities: Preventative Maintenance:
- Perform routine inspections and diagnostic testing on equipment
- Clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery for optimal performance
- Follow preventative maintenance schedules and procedures
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Repair or replace defective components
- Perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Install and set up new machinery and equipment
- Assist with equipment modifications and upgrades
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams during installations
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Wear required PPE at all times
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Identify and report safety concerns
- Track and maintain spare parts inventory
- Order parts as needed
- Assist in training production staff on basic maintenance and safety procedures
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- PLC experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
