Job Description

Our client, a well-established manufacturer in Eastlake, is seeking dependable and detail-oriented candidates for 1st shift Finisher positions. This is a hands-on role within a manufacturing environment, focused on preparing and finishing plastic products to meet high-quality standards. While prior finishing or manufacturing experience is helpful, it’s not required—we’re primarily looking for individuals who take pride in their work, are mechanically inclined, and enjoy working with their hands.
Job Opening: 1st Shift Finisher
Location: Eastlake, OH
Pay: $16.00/hr
Schedule:Monday–Thursday: 7AM–5PM
Friday: 7AM–3PMNo weekends!
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform trimming, sanding, and finishing of molded plastic parts
  • Inspect parts for quality, surface imperfections, and dimensional accuracy
  • Use hand tools such as utility knives, sanders, and drills to remove excess material and smooth surfaces
  • Assist in preparing parts for assembly, painting, or shipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE
Job Requirements
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (sanders, drills, knives, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and focus on quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Manufacturing or finishing experience preferred, but not required
  • Steel-toe boots required
