Job Description

Inova Staffing is now hiring dependable Assemblers for a growing manufacturing company in Edwardsville! This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that keeps production running smoothly.  
Location: Edwardsville, KS   Shift: 1st | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $17.50/hour to start | Weekly Pay | Overtime Available    
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with manufacturing, assembly, and material handling tasks
  • Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
  • Load, unload, and organize materials and products
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow instructions and meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team setting
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
