Production Operator – 1st Shift | $20/hr | Mentor, OH
Location: Mentor, OH
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour | Weekly Pay!
Inova Staffing is excited to be hiring Production Operators for one of our favorite clients in Mentor! This company is a leader in creating soaps and chemical solutions for car washes, and they take pride in their positive, team-oriented work environment. What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Operate and monitor a robotic filler system that fills, labels, and caps bottles
  • Maintain steady workflow and keep materials moving to avoid production delays
  • Keep an eye on quality — checking bottles for correct fill levels, labels, and seals
  • Communicate with team members to keep production on track and ensure batch accuracy
  • Support clean-up and equipment resets between batches when needed
  • Be alert, take initiative, and help create a smooth and efficient production line
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production
  • Comfortable working with automated machinery and fast-paced environments
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues before they become problems
  • Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work well on a team
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Forklift or tow motor experience is a plus, but not required
