• Start time: 6:00 AM or 8:00 AM

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Assignment Length: Temporary – approximately 3 weeks
Job Description:
Inova Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associate for a temporary assignment at a Mentor-based client that specializes in manufacturing medical-grade optical instruments. This role involves basic assembly work in a clean, production-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform basic assembly of medical-grade optical instruments
  • Follow written and verbal work instructions carefully
  • Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation
  • Meet production and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
  • Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prior assembly or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
  • Reliable attendance for the full duration of the assignment
