Job Description

Inova Staffing's client located in Middlefield, OH is looking for a 1st and/or 3rd shift Production Lead! This is a Direct Hire position!
Hours: 1st shift(7am-3pm) or 3rd shift(11pm-7am)Pay: $18-$24/hr Based on Experience Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and support direct and indirect labor personnel
  • Maintain efficiency, quality, safety, scrap, and direct labor usage goals
  • Daily assignment of employees to production jobs
  • Perform process troubleshooting and obtain engineering support when necessary
  • Ensure employees follow proper methods and procedures
  • Comply with all policies and procedures in the quality manual, employee hand book, and safety manual
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of management experience and managing 20 plus employees
  • Experience with running press machines in manufacturing
  • Experience with process equipment
  • Must be able to drive a lift truck
