Job Description
Inova Staffing Services is currently seeking candidates for a Metal Finishing position here in Willoughby, OH. We are looking for someone who has had prior experience using small hand tools with metal parts. Metal Finisher – 1st Shift
-Location: Willoughby-Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM-Pay Rate: $18 -$21.45/hr (based on experience)
Are you detail-oriented and take pride in producing high-quality work? We're hiring a Metal Finisher to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:- Grinding, deburring, and polishing metal parts to meet quality standards
- Inspecting finished products for accuracy and defects
- Using hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely
- Following blueprints and work instructions
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:- Previous experience in metal finishing, grinding, or deburring preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
