  • Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
  • Full-Time & Temp-to-Hire
  • Pay: $16.00 per hour

Inova Staffing is accepting applications for experienced Janitorial and Housekeeping Associates in the Durham, NC area. We’re looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and a background in cleaning roles across various settings such as warehouses, offices, commercial buildings, and production facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean floors, windows, and walls
  • Manage indoor and outdoor trash
  • Maintain restroom cleanliness
  • Sanitize breakroom and kitchen appliances
  • Keep communal and high-traffic areas clean and organized
  • Dust and wipe down surfaces and equipment
  • Perform general janitorial or housekeeping duties as needed
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Prior experience in janitorial or housekeeping roles
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Must pass background and drug screening
