Now Hiring: LCD/AIO Repair & QC Technician
  • Location: Durham, NC
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM (No weekends)
  • Pay Rate: $17.50/hr (Weekly Pay)
  • Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Inova Staffing is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented LCD/AIO Repair & QC Technician to join our client’s warehouse team in Durham, NC. This role is ideal for someone experienced in diagnosing and repairing all-in-one computers (AIOs), LCD monitors, and desktop units. Candidates must come in the door with the knowledge and hands-on experience required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair hardware issues in AIO systems and LCD monitors (e.g., screen replacements, internal component repairs, and power supply fixes)
  • Perform functionality tests and inspections on repaired devices to ensure all quality standards are met
  • Document repairs, parts used, and outcomes accurately and consistently
  • Execute quality control (QC) checks on inbound and outbound devices for visual damage, performance issues, and completeness
  • Follow proper ESD safety procedures and adhere to quality assurance guidelines at all times
  • Assist with basic inventory tracking, part usage logging, and workflow coordination
Qualifications:
  • MUST have prior experience repairing AIOs, LCDs, or desktop hardware
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in handling internal components
  • Familiarity with PC hardware diagnostics and repair tools
  • Ability to work independently and meet repair/inspection quotas
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18+, eligible to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Reliable transportation required
