- Assist with mixing raw ingredients for testing and production trials
- Create molds for product testing and evaluation
- Support weather, weight, and durability testing on new mixtures
- Perform accurate data entry to record test results and findings
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
- Collaborate with lab staff to ensure accurate testing and reporting
- Previous manufacturing, laboratory, or scientific experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable with hands-on work, including mixing and preparing test samples
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Reliable attendance and willingness to learn
- Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Start time: 6:30 AM or 8:30 AM (set schedule once selected)
- Pay range: $18–$25/hr, based on experience
