Job Description

Inova Staffing, formerly known as Integrity Staffing, has been helping people find jobs for over 30 years!We're currently looking for several Lab TechLab Tech - Focus on running stock and performing lab test on various rubber samples . Releasing rubber batches when test are passed The pay: $16.50 - 17.10Shift: 6am-4pm M-TH (1st shift),
  1. Previous experience in rubber production or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.
  2. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
  3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
  4. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  5. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as required.
  6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  7. Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  8. Adherence to safety regulations and guidelines.
