Job Description
Inova Staffing is looking to hire a TIG/MIG welding candidate for one of our clients in Mentor, Ohio. This company offers competitive pay, fantastic benefits, as well as opportunity for career growth.This is a second shift DIRECT HIRE position. This job will be starting on first shift until second shift has been built out.1st shift hours: 7am-3:30pm M-F, w/ up to 10 hours of OT
2nd shift hours: 4pm-12am M-F, w/ up to 10 hours of OT
*Pay is commensurate with experience and open to negotiation*JOB DUTIES:MIG/TIG welding and fabricating stainless steel
Reading and interpreting blueprints/schematics
Weld fittings
Utilize basic shop mathJOB REQUIREMENTS:Demonstrate success in MIG/TIG welding (pass a welding test)
