Inova Staffing is looking to hire TIG/MIG welding candidates for one of our employee-owned clients in Berea, Ohio. This company offers competitive pay, fantastic benefits, as well as opportunity for career growth.
This is a second shift DIRECT HIRE position.
Shift hours:
Mon-Wed 4pm-2:30am, Thur-Fri 3:30pm-1:30am
Occasional OT on Saturdays required (2x/month)
**A 6 week training program will take place on 1st shift**
$18-25/hour + $2 shift differential
JOB DUTIES:
MIG/TIG welding and fabricating carbon, stainless, nickel
Reading and interpreting blueprints/schematics
Use of measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers, tape measure)
Utilize shop math (conversion of decimals to fractions and vice versa)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrate success in MIG/TIG welding (pass a welding test)
Desire to constantly improve your welding abilities (training provided to the right candidate)
Fluxcore experience a plus
Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 pounds
