Our client located on the West side of Cleveland is hiring for a 2nd shift direct hire MIG welding position. This company offers competitive pay, fantastic benefits, as well as opportunity for career growth.
This is a DIRECT HIRE position, 4 ten hour days.
JOB DUTIES:
MIG welding and fabricating on custom parts
Reading and interpreting custom blueprints and drawings from customers
Grinding, sanding, and cutting (oxy-fuel & hand plasma)
Follow lean principles as well as safety and quality standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated success in MIG welding (must pass a welding test)
Desire to constantly improve your welding abilities (training provided)
Desire and ability to use shop math
Must be able to read and understand job instructions
