Inova Staffing is looking to fill a position for a client of ours in Chagrin Falls, OH!We’ve partnered with a trusted and growing company that supplies high-quality gaskets and sealing solutions across industries like chemical processing, food & beverage, and beyond.This is a full-time opportunity in a fabrication and production facility where you’ll have the chance to be hands-on, learn valuable skills, and grow with a team that truly cares about what they do.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Operating various machines such as flash cutters, slicers, manual presses, and potentially CNC or travelling head cutters
  • Supporting CAD/drafting tasks (if applicable to your background)
  • Cross-training in multiple areas of production
  • Assisting with part washing, cleaning, and general shop upkeep
  • Working closely with a small, collaborative team in a clean and well-organized shop environment
What They’re Looking For:
  • Candidates with 1–2 years of experience, OR experienced pros with 10+ years—they’re open and willing to train the right fit!
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
  • A team-player attitude and flexibility to help where needed
  • Experience in fabrication, drafting, CNC, CAD, forklift operation, or similar is a big plus
Pay Rate:
  • $16–$21/hr depending on experience and skill set
