Job Description
Inova Staffing is currently looking for a Machine Operators and Feederbar Operators for one of our clients in the Mentor, OH area.
7:00am-3PM - $20/hr
3:00PM-11PM - $20-$23/hr
11PM-7AM - $20-$24/hr
Position Description: The Machine Operator is responsible for various tasks to set up, operate, and monitor their assigned machine, and maintain good quality and expected tolerances of machined parts per specifications.
Position Description: The Feederbar Operator is Installing the tooling, adjusting the tooling and setting up machines based on Blueprints and setup sheets. MUST HAVE 4 multiple years of experience with drill and taps.
Looking for all shifts full time machine operators. Temp to Hire!
Minimum of 48 hours per week required on critical workcenters. Hours over 40 are at 1.5x rate.
Great benefits, starting rate, and overtime!
No machine operator experience required, but must have mechanical experience with basic tools.
All applicants must score an 80% or better on a mechanical aptitude test to be considered.
Please allow 1-2 hours to take the test and fill out paperwork.
