Job Description

Are you mechanically minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with tight tolerances? We’re looking for someone with machining experience and solid shop math skills to join one of our clients as a Precision Bender.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Operate and monitor bending equipment to form metal tubing to exact specifications
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and angle finders to measure bends and verify conformance to part drawings
  • Interpret blueprints, bend instructions, and cut lists to prepare material for production
  • Use math skills to calculate bend deductions, angles, and layouts
  • Collaborate with machinists, welders, and engineers to ensure quality and consistency
  • Keep detailed records and maintain an organized, clean work area
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Prior machining, fabrication, or CNC operation experience
  • Strong understanding of shop math (angles, offsets, measurement conversions)
  • Experience reading blueprints or mechanical drawings
  • Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to doing quality work
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 1st Shift | 8-hour dayIf you’ve run mills, lathes, or other precision equipment and want to grow your skills in a shop that values quality and craftsmanship, this could be a great next step. Training available for the right mechanically minded person.
