Maintenance Technician & Maintenance Helper – 1st & 2nd Shift

We’re currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician and a motivated Maintenance Helper to join our dynamic team in Twinsburg, OH. These are vital positions responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical systems. Hours & Compensation
Shifts:
  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Maintenance Technician Pay: $26–$32/hr
  • Maintenance Helper Pay: $23–$25/hr
  • Full-Time | Monday–Friday (Overtime Available)

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
  • Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical systems (conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, bearings, etc.)
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance using the Express Maintenance system
  • Install and align new machines following blueprints and technical drawings
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues using manuals and schematics
  • Safely operate welding, cutting, and fabrication tools
  • Maintain accurate repair and parts records
  • Collaborate with electricians, operators, and engineers for smooth operation
  • Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety protocols
  • Experience with 480V/3-phase electrical systems preferred

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Millwright or Industrial Maintenance Technician
  • Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, manuals, and schematics
  • Welding/Fabrication (MIG/Stick) a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying conditions

Maintenance Helper Responsibilities
  • Assist Maintenance Technicians with repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance
  • Prepare tools, organize parts, and clean or move equipment
  • Support equipment inspections and basic mechanical adjustments
  • Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements
  • Learn and use the Express Maintenance system
