Job Description

Maintenance Technician / CNC Operator
Location: Solon, OHInova Staffing is seeking a hands-on direct hire Maintenance Technician who is mechanically inclined and eager to contribute in a dynamic, precision-driven environment. This is a hybrid role that includes machine maintenance, basic electrical work, and operating CNC machinery as needed.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on CNC machines, manual machines, and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and minor electrical issues
  • Assist with general building maintenance tasks
  • Operate CNC machines (setup and production support) as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Document maintenance activities and machine issues accurately
Qualifications:
  • Previous hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, machine maintenance, or electrical troubleshooting
  • Basic knowledge of CNC machinery operation preferred
  • Ability and willingness to learn CNC operations if not already experienced
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions & and maintenance manuals
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus
