Shift: First shift preferred, but second shift may be considered

Inova Staffing is looking for a Manual Machinist to join one of our clients in Solon OH. This is a direct hire position.If you have experience machining parts for industries like aerospace or medical and are comfortable working with non-CNC equipment such as Bridgeport Mills and Turret Lathes, we want to hear from you.What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience machining precision parts, preferably in aerospace, medical, or similar industries
  • Ability to operate manual machines like Bridgeport Mills and Turret Lathes
  • Strong mechanical skills and a willingness to learn
  • Open to candidates with limited experience who have strong mechanical aptitude and are eager to train
  • Also open to experienced machinists who prefer to work exclusively with manual equipment
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build their skills in a hands-on machining environment.
