Job Description

Inova Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Material Handler for our client in Ashtabula. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating tow motors and forklifts to safely move, load, and organize materials throughout the facility. This position is critical to ensuring smooth production flow and accurate handling of inventory.
Shift: 3rd shift 10:30pm-7amPay: $17.73/hr
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate tow motors and forklifts to move raw materials, parts, and finished goods.
  • Load and unload trucks, staging materials in the correct locations.
  • Maintain accurate counts and organization of inventory.
  • Supply production areas with necessary materials in a timely manner.
  • Safely handle and store materials to prevent damage or safety hazards.
  • Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
  • Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and quality standards.
  • Assist with general warehouse or production support as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Must have experience operating both tow motors and forklifts.
  • Current forklift certification is a plus (or ability to obtain).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to safety and detail.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a team environment.
