Mixer Operator – 1st Shift | $21/hr | Mentor, OH
-Location: Mentor, OH
-Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–6:00 PM; Friday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
-Pay: $21.00/hour | Weekly Pay!

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Follow batch sheets and formulas to mix chemical products used in soaps and car wash solutions
  • Measure and weigh raw materials accurately and safely add them to mixing tanks
  • Monitor blending times, temperatures, and chemical reactions to ensure proper consistency and quality
  • Record key details and production data both manually and in SAP
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas, and follow proper handling procedures for chemicals
  • Work closely with a supportive team and contribute to a positive work culture
What We’re Looking For:
  • Tow motor and reach truck experience
  • Previous production or manufacturing experience
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully
  • Familiarity with chemical mixing, blending, or industrial batch processing (preferred)
  • Comfortable working around industrial chemicals with proper PPE
  • Previous assembly or machine operation experience is a plus
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
